I know…two posts in one day! CRAZY!

Yesterday I was a cooking fool and made soup, pulled chicken, beef burgundy, mashed potatoes, salad and asparagus.

Some of I made so that we’d have food this week and in the freezer (the soup and pulled chicken) while the rest was for dinner.

I had a small taste of the soup when it got done cooking yesterday and I’m currently eating it for lunch right now. It’s so good I wanted to share the recipe with you. Check out on of my favorite blogs for a step-by-step how to.


The only thing I’d do differently next time is make more meatballs. 🙂
